Demi holds five certifications in camouflage tattooing, with ongoing dermal training focused on innovation and clinical standards, bringing the latest techniques and global advancements in the field to clients across Melbourne.

Demi is highly regarded within the industry for her depth of understanding in colour theory, which sits at the heart of every result. She is constantly re-evaluating her technique, testing her approach against new research and refining her colour work, so the way she treats today is always more considered than the way she treated yesterday.

At Resolute, nothing is done by default. Every decision, from the pigments chosen to the number of sessions recommended, is intentional and made with the long-term health of your skin in mind. Our approach is deliberately conservative, because we understand that hyperrealism takes time and care. Rather than rushing to a result, we build it gradually and with intention, honouring the artistry of the work, the person we’re working with and the way the result will hold for years to come. Our treatments

(01) Scar camouflage
For surgical, injury and trauma scars that sit lighter or darker than the skin around them. We colour-match pigment to your natural tone so the scar blends back into your skin and draws less attention. Every plan begins with an assessment of scar maturity and texture.
(02) Stretch mark revision
For stretch marks from pregnancy, growth or weight change. Using camouflage and restorative needling, we address colour and texture so the marks soften and return closer to your surrounding skin. Treatment is gradual, layered and planned around how your skin heals.
(03) Areola reconstruction
For people restoring the breast after mastectomy, reduction or reconstructive surgery. We create a natural, dimensional areola with carefully matched pigment, shaped to suit your body. Consultations are private, assessment-led and guided by what feels right for you. We also offer areola blushing, restoring colour lost through hormonal changes, or simply for aesthetic reasons.
(04) Medical tattoo
Medical tattooing is a bespoke and artistic treatment, where pigment is used to restore the look of skin altered by surgery, illness, injury or the body you were born with. From 3D belly button restoration and birthmark camouflage to hyperrealistic toenail tattooing, each piece is mapped to your anatomy and matched to your natural tone.

Consult

Every treatment starts with a complimentary consultation, in the studio or by video. We'll look closely at your skin, ask about its history and how it has healed, and listen to what you’d like from the result, whether that’s softening a scar or bringing back colour that’s been lost. Nothing is treated on the day. You’ll leave knowing what’s realistic and which approach suits your skin.

Plan & pricing

From there we map out a plan built around your skin, covering the technique, how many sessions you’re likely to need and how far apart they’ll be. Sometimes that means starting with restorative needling (also known as inkless scar revision) to soften texture before any pigment goes in, because colour sits better on skin that has been prepared for it.
Getting the order right and working on texture first is a large part of creating a hyper-realistic approach. We will talk you through pricing at this stage too, so you know where you stand before anything begins.
Sessions

Your sessions are private, and we work at your pace, with breaks whenever you need them. Pigment camouflage usually takes around three sessions to build opacity that sits naturally in your skin. Restorative needling varies a lot more, depending on the scar’s age, depth and how your skin responds, so we’ll give you a realistic estimate at your consultation and adjust it as we go. Pigment sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart and restorative needling 6 to 10 weeks apart. Either way, treatment is gradual and layered, giving your skin time to heal and settle between appointments.
Aftercare & follow-up

Straight after your session you’ll receive full instructions by email alongside your given aftercare. We will check in a few days later to see how things are settling. Before you leave, we’ll book your follow-up so we can review the result as it heals and refine where needed. If anything feels off in between, you can message Demi directly.
